LICENSING PROCESS & FEES

There are two types of licenses:

Individual Instructor: licenses one instructor; includes one set of teaching materials & associated benefits

Learning Institution: (for wine, culinary and hospitality schools): licenses three instructors and provides three sets of teaching materials & associated benefits.

The fees are as follows:

Individual  Instructor:	$200 members / $250 non-members	purchase
Learning Institution:	$390 members / $490 non-members	purchase

To purchase your COF Academy Teaching Materials, you must:
  

Step 1: Make your payment using the apporpriate "purchase" link above.
 
Step 2: Fill out and submit the Educator / Learning Institution Registration Form. 
 
Step 3: You will be sent a licensing agreement which you must sign and return.
 
Step 4: Teaching materials will be sent upon receipt of signed licensing agreement.
