The Cheeses Of France Academy consists of 5 modules/seminars.


The 5 modules/seminars are stand-alone and independent of each other yet can be run together to create a full, comprehensive cheese program.


 

The five modules are:

1) Fromage 101: Introduction to the Cheeses of France
2) Fromage 201: Making Sence of the Cheeses of France
(Understanding & Categorizing the Cheeses Of France)
3) Fromage 301: Fresh, Semi-Soft & Semi-Ripened Cheeses
4) Fromage 401: Semi-Hard, Hard & Blue Cheeses
5) Fromage 501: The Taste of Terroir: French Cheeses By Region
 


Each instructional module contains all the tools you need to deliver your seminar with confidence:
 

- An Introduction
- Learning Objectives
- Sensory Component-tasting
- Teacher Outline
- Student Workbook
- Glossary
- Quiz (plus answer key)


 

To assist you in marketing the classes, you will also be provided with:

 

- Promotional text including a description of the seminar series with individual class abstracts

 

- Branded graphics to integrate in your website and/or brochures

 

- A “certificate of participation” template that you can customize for your students upon their completion of the seminar series

 

In addition to receiving all the teaching materials and support collateral, you will receive:

- A license worthy of framing

- A listing for you and/or your wine school on our website as official Cheeses of France Academy program provider
